Our reservation was switched somehow and we ended up at a different La Quinta than we originally intended to book. The original one that I had even called to confirm they had both an airport shuttle and cruise port shuttle was swapped with a la Quinta that offered neither, leaving us stranded after we got off our flight. We ended up having to take an extremely scary and sketchy $40 taxi from the airport to the hotel our reservation was held. The lady at the front desk was friendly enough, but the hotel itself was pretty grim... read more

This property is very deteriorated. room and hallways carpets, doors, elevator not working. It should be closed and redone. Air conditioner at the hallway of 4th floor not working.
La tienen muy descuidada. Ascensor sin servicio y huele mucho a cigarrillo y marihuana en los pasillos

The front desk clerk during my check in was horrible the service was unprofessional. No greeting No welcome No thank you or welcome. Other staff was member was ask for directions to the Airport during check out he was not able to assist and did not extend himself to seek additional assistance from another source to help acquire the information.
