Property is in desperate need of some TLC.. dirty carpets, stains, roaches, lackluster breakfast, broken elevators, keys never work. Disappointed.

There were 2 fights on the 4th floor on which i stayed i had to call front desk to report it the other came at 3am i don't know who called for that one . One of the Elevator was broken my room was on the opposite side of it a good walk to my room the stairway carpets were horrible and very musty . i couldn't get back to sleep, i developed a splitting headache and your hotel didn’t even have somewhere i could get Tylenol, i had to uber myself out to get medicine , i mentioned this to your desk staff but all they say it will b... read more

The property on the inside was a disaster. Only one elevator worked and it had dog pee in it the entire 2 days. There was mold in the sink and the tub of the bathroom. The water came out yellow. When you ask for the fee to be cleaned up it wasn't. When I ask for clean towels and linen because they don't clean the rooms everyday I had to go all the way to the front desk to get it. I asked to speak with the manager I still haven't been contacted. Unless you're desperate don't stay at this hotel. The outside of the hotel is nic... read more

I booked this particular hotel and we were given 5 different rooms, the first had a lock issue and the others all were UNCLEANED beds not done restrooms used ect ( it seemed as tho there rooms were being occupied without their knowledge BIG red flag in regards to security because I didn’t want to leave any of my property there ) we had to go back and forth with our luggages with NO offer of assistance. the hotel had a horrible smell, the carpet was extremely hard as tho it was burnt , one of the rooms the ac was not function... read more

The AC was broken . No amenities offered that made the stay other than a place to sleep.

I guess it’s true what they say “you get what you pay for”. The faucet in my bathroom tub would get stuck when you turn it off and would drip all night. I got a non smoking room but the minute I opened my room door, I was hit with the smell of cigarettes, my bed was terribly made the day we checked in, one of the elevators weren’t working so we had to carry our bags up the stairs. I don’t think I will ever be back
