No me han devuelto mi deposito. Ya les mande 2 correos y nisiquiera me contestan. La habitacion la pague por anticipado y me hicieron un cargo de la nada.

Filthy room, pull out bed was digusting inside and out, light shone into main bedroom all night, plumbing/whooshing sounds all night from ceiling, had to sign a $30 iou for ratty blanket that should have been in room.

All I want is a clean, comfortable bed (both great) and a shower with good water pressure(awful). The hot/cold control was broken so the water was scalding hot. It took 1 hour for someone to come look at it. Then another 30 minutes passed before I finally got them to give me a pair of pliers so I could adjust the temperature, shower and get to the port in time for my cruise. When my wife complained to the front desk, his answer was, "You know I don't own the place, right?" It's in a great location and I was hoping to make it... read more
