I had roaches and bugs in my bathroom. My linen was also stained and didn’t smell fresh.

water pressure in shower was low and the water was not hot enough. breakfast buffet was way below out expectations.

I stayed there for 8 days and the guest washing facilities was not working had to find a outside wash house to use

Hotel needs an upgrade. I did not feel it was a clean and sanitary environment. The furniture, etc. needs an upgrade.

The day we arrived we had to wait in line for 15 minutes to register. There was only one person at front desk doing registration. After a 3 hour drive all you want to do is get keys to your room and rest. Also I requested 2 room keys and was given only one because the key machine was not working properly. The hotel was used to crash for a night before going on a cruise. Have stayed here before,thought they improved like some of the others in the chain/area. They have only improved the hallways. Room smelled of a wet dog. Not that i have a problem with dogs,just dont want my room to smell like one. Room stuffy,if you have sinus problem. This will be a killer.

Got the room next to elevator all hours the noise from people walking past the door was horrible the carpet was wet when we checked in the room was to tired to ask if we could change

The smell of the hotel was really bad and the breakfast need to upgrade as well as where the breakfast is placed
