I booked this room for my mom as a one night stay. She was to stay by me but things changed last minute. My mom is a diamond club member with Wyndham and the way she was treated was horrible. First of all the elevator stop working with her in it and she was very afraid. They gave her the 4th floor because it’s the only floor with rooms left, when she told the staff at the front desk about the elevator she was given a “don’t care” attitude. When I got there I saw two employees behind the desk but only one was working with about 5-7 people in line so it took quite a bit even when I did check in online. Then they gave me a key to someone else's room!!! I had to go back to the desk and they had to reassign me to another room. When I got in the room the painting was hanging off the wall lamp shade all tilted side ways hair under the bathroom vanity. The pillows were HORRIBLE and once you lay on them get so flat. Breakfast is always late when the big black guy is on duty. 6:15 am breakfast isn't ready, and people will be waiting for him to get it prepared. The hotel serves the same breakfast every day. The sausage is always salty, and the oranges are spoiled.

Horrendous stay! Rooms dirty and mold everywhere! Avoid at all cost! On top of this manager is as bad, zero communication skills when I complained about not showering or sleeping!

We were there for 4 days, room service never came to clean, change out linens or towels.

Hello. It states that your second day you had a do not disturb on the door and the third day we did change towels and took out the trash.
I I arrived Tuesday evening. I asked about the hot tub. They said it was hot, but there was no air bubbles so I went back up to my room to take a hot shower. There was no soap no shampoo nobody body wash in there so I basically just came out and went to bed the next morning I had to ask for the stuff they sent me up there with two conditioners so I then had to go back downstairs again the next when I came back from visiting my dad, then I had to do the same thing all over again because they took the ones I went and got from ... read more

The pool was very dirty & unusable. The first room had rusted faucet, plugged bath tub, dirty floors. The kid area in the lobby hasn’t been cleaned at all. Very rundown. The front desk was not very pleasant, the manager was rude & unaccommodating. The breakfast had very limited options. Overall not a hotel that should be advertised on Expedia. Does not meet hygiene standards.
