Very poor breakfast compare to the other La quintas
I liked the hotel and my room and most of the staff But the manager was horrible, when I was checking out I asked them to hold my bags for couple hours, She refused and stated she did not want to be responsible for it, she forbid her staff to take my laggage when they were ready to do it. Then I went into the pool area in the back while I ordered Uber trying to leave, but I forgot the key for reentry into the looby, so when the car came I could not get to it, I knock on the door trying to get staff attention and noone paid a... read more

The dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. The floors were so bad I never took off my shoes. Nothing was clean. We were given a room that had someone sleeping in it. Words cannot describe how dirty the entire room was

Room was not cleaned except to make the bed. Open Chips, popcorn, someone’s hydrocodone bottle in drawer. Crusted 1/4 cup food in microwave, lots of hair in tub, mold even extreme for south Florida in bathroom, carpet was wet and smelled of either vomit or spilled food. If short staffed bc of COVID (what everyone says now), then don’t rent out the room. The night and morning front desk staff were very professional and friendly.

The room carpet was dirty, smelled of smoke and the microwave i kid you know is from 1996. TV also barely worked. Advised the front desk they didn’t bother to change out the room
