The water flow from the bathroom faucet was pretty much non existent and the sink was clogged when we arrived in the room. The bed felt more like a trampoline than a mattress.
The room appeared to be clean, but it had roaches running all over the walls inside the drawers, and on the floor. I had my elderly mother with me and I felt uncomfortable being there with her.
I realize hotels in this area are pricey, but when I pay $250/night for a room, I expect it to be clean. We were only there for one night so it served its purpose, but I was disappointed. Initially coming into the hotel, staff was very nice and the hotel seemed more than adequate. But it was clearly older and very dated. We arrived very late, so we went straight to bed. Guest requests are never met staff keep promising to get it dealt with but never followed through was very disappointed with that breakfast was horrible muffins, 2 choices of cereal, orange, juice. The staff were cordial never followed up with guest requests or complaints

It's a no for me The towel had a large piece of hair in the towel. The chair had a long white stain on it. The windows were not cleaned.. handprints all over it. The customer service was not friendly... when they did finally pick up the phone. Had to call twice every time. The juice for breakfast was watered down. Needed a plunger for bathroom.
We asked for room service twice and never came. Someone did bring us towels and took the garbage .We also had to call for toilet paper. The toilet kept runningand someone came to fix it but it continued to run. We ate at Kiki's for breakfast the man server was not friendly the bacon was only partially cooked
Run down and badly outdated. Very disappointed.
