Got harrassed about amoking in the my room and the floor stink never staying there again

First room fridge didn’t work. Changed rooms. Got up in the morning took shower one bath towel for 2 people. Didn’t seem to be housekeeping maybe because of covid. Ants were all over bathroom. Cheap hotel and I guess you get what you pay for.

No breakfast, no coffee in the lobby. The pandemic is just an excuse to cut back on amenities!

I had flown from MI to FL for a family emergency, not pleasure. The person working the front desk was THE MOST RUDEST person ever! Eye rolling and heavy sighs thhrown in to show her displeasure in actually having to the job she was hired to do. I have stayed La Quintas before & never had an issue, this experience has changed my mind in ever staying at another La Quinta, no matter the location!!!!!

Horrible hotel, smells like a zoo. Dogs barking all day long. I understand the hotel is pet friendly which is totally fine but it’s impossible to stay here with all the dogs barking all day/night. Not to mention the smell and the dirty Carpets. It’s nasty 😷.
