Bathroom faucet not working. Unable to use shower and no other room or arrangements were offered.

Front desk girl was new and had no help. Check in was 30 minute wait. Handicap basketball team on wheelchairs took up much time getting checked in.

Never Again Mens bathroom in lobby was disgusting. Our room A/C was off when we walked into the room, so the room was hot. turned on the A/C and all you could smell was mold. Bathroom sink drain was plugged up, causing drain to drain slow. When my wife told the front desk staff about the smell of mold, they stated they already knew about it and the had a tarp on the roof, due to damage.

the room i booked was not the room i got. i paid for the suite and it was a regular room. it was very old and not that clean. floors where sticky and the room had a funky smell. a/ c did not work right. the breakfast or lack of was not so good and the coffee was horrible.

I should have known better to even walk into my first room because when I approached it, there were ants crawling on the door. I proceeded to go into my room just looked around and saw ants crawling all over the table, the rusted fridge, the floor, and the bed. There was also animal hair on the bed. The room also smelled VERY musty. I requested a different room and that room was a little better. This one had a microwave and a fridge, but inside the fridge was dirty. The room didn’t come with a mini fridge, the hair dryer didn’t work the coffee maker didn’t work. There were no do not disturb signs or TV guides. It was just missing a lot of basic stuff.
