I saw baby roaches and when I asked for toilet paper they didn’t have any they said and I had to take my own towels down and go downstairs to get clean ones
I didnt like the fact that i had to wait an hour and a half after check in to get to my room. I didnt like the fact that my room had burn holes all over it in the carpet and on the couch. I didnt like that the tv in the suite didnt work. Horrible stay.

Roaches in the main part of the suite, ants in the bed. Front desk staff was rude.
I paid too much money for so little comfort. Supposedly it had breakfast included, which is not the case, the hotel does not provide breakfast. The rooms were not at all clean, especially the carpets. One of the beds in my room was broken, the microwave was dirty (we had to clean it). I was there for two days and they didn't change my towels and sheets. My experience in this hotel is very different compared to another where I have been from the same company.
Woke up with bed bug bites and cockroaches found in the rooms.
Depressing vibe and won’t be back to this place. Needs renovation
Breakfast was advertised prominently on local and national La Quinta websites, on Expedia, and on signs in hotel, but no breakfast was offered. Contacted corporate which made excuses for false advertising. Room was clean and spacious but smelled musty. Very thin walls. Noisy. People shouting, children running down halls in the middle of the night. TV’s blasting at full volume, including from staff watching them with doors open while servicing rooms. It is just old! And they were short on bathroom towels because of COVID-19.

When i arrived at the hotel, it was around 2:30pm and my room was not ready. So i had to wait outside with my luggage because the girl at the reception said they can’t hold luggages. I woke up the next morning to a roach in the bathroom running around, took a video and show it to the manager and he acted like this was normal. I would not stay there ever again.
