THE ROOMS ARE NOT CLEANED PROPERLY, THE CARPET IS SMELLY AND DIRTY. HAIR AND ROACHES WERE IN THE BATHROOM. THE WINDOWS ARE VERY DIRTY. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THAT PROPERTY AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE ELSE.
We checked into our room on Wed 06/02 and upon arriving back after dinner, I went into the bathroom and a small roach was crawling on the floor, the hotel suppose to be a newly renovated hotel so why are there roaches in the bathroom. I don’t even have roaches where I live and to come into a hotel to see not 1 but 2 a few the following morning. This hotel was highly recommended but it doesn’t meet the criteria. It was no cleaning in the room at all.
I seen roaches by the min fridge and also in the bathroom, there was a big Stan on the couch

the room was dirty, they don't clean under the beds and the mat smells very bad. when we arrived at night we had to leave the door open for 30 minutes to allow it to air out a bit. There is no breakfast included, it is a lie. there is only coffee and muffins
The staff were nice and ok, the building looks good on the outside and in the hallways but the rooms were terrible. We were in Fort Lauderdale for graduation ceremony and we booked two rooms and both were not in good condition. The first smells damp and stale. The second room actually has water leaking under the bathroom sink and we had to throw towels to soak up the water. It looked like the seal between the faucet and the sink is not intact. It does need a major upgrade especially in the bathrooms old fixtures the water pipe into toilet corroding I had an issue with the Fawcett in the sink reported it (40) times and was told I was priority but no one ever came The water was was a drip and had to kneel on the floor to wash me face at the Bathtub at my age very uncomfortable
