Walked out of elevator to a hallway which smelled digusting and filled with garbage. Room was made up to look like it had been cleaned but bed was filthy. There was hair and dirt in the bed when we pulled back the covers. Also the bathroom had not been cleaned. Moved to another room which was clean but with a broken bathroom door. Stayed 2 of the 6 nights we booked for. Lady at front desk was nice and credit came on my card in a day. We have satyed at this location before. Just disappointing.
The rooms are musty, dusty and smells of smoke. Triggered an asthma attack for me. Great location, rooms need to be deep cleaned !
We had to change our own bed sheets. The key cards barely ever worked. We had to go to the front desk on multiple occasions. And there was no breakfast unless you call yogurt, muffins and a juice dispenser breakfast.
Almost everything in our room called for renovation or replacement including AC unit. Breakfast is a joke, even for US standards. No, I would not stay again.
THE ROOM SMELLED LIKE MILDEW THE CARPET WAS DIRTY THE FRONT STAFF WAS GOOD

Said it slept 5 guest which it did not. The beds were not comfortable at all.
Something bit my one year old the first night we slept in the bed and there was a roach in the room. People up slamming doors and yelling all through the night
I understand that covid requires some adjustments but only cleaning rooms at checkout is in my view a mistake. Going to the front desk to deliver dirty towels and collect clean towels felt all wrong to me. Having to figure out how to empty trash from the room is not something I want to have to think about as a guest. The room had a strange ‘body odor’ smell which made me think maybe to guest in the room before me must have stayed for a week.

They charge 75 Dollar for no resen and they don’t clean the room for three days
