pet friendly way overdone Pros: not much. I reserved on line. Cons: fire the manager. this place was MISmanaged from the start. I need a refund of my $$$$$$$ Location: n/a Most horrible experience I ever had. Staff was lazy at front desk, Dogs & cats were in the dining area 24 -7. Dog crap in hallways. Don't stay here I made reservation for 2 day non-smoking 2 bed room but they allocated me smoking 2 bed room initially and they changed it to 1 bed non-smoking room after we waited for couple hours. Seems like they over booked the hotel, that's why we didn't get non-smoking 2 bed room, can you believe it? We reached front desk at 10PM and waited until 12:30AM at front desk to deal this mess, night staff was inexperienced and took long time to change rooms, it's a horrible experience, I frequently fly to Fort Lauderdale but d... read more

4 Star Money Spent ONLY GOT 1 Star Hotel Room Upon arrival I was able to check in early at no additional cost but the room 416 was HORRIBLE SMELL like Mold//Wet Carpet with no screen on the window, small as pillows on the bed. I switch to room 125 & the smell was a little better but it although it still smell like old abandon building it was closes they could get. Noisy and smelled. Stayed Thursday through Tuesday. Room smelled musty, closet rod was broken, two dogs were barking across the hall to the wee hours of the morning and the hallway smelled like someone had been sick. Complaints about the dogs resulted in my wife and I having to pack up and move to a different room. That room was quiet and smelled better. Hotel was OK Nothing Great Pros: Nothing much to say. The Breakfast was Horrible very unorganized Cons: All of the above The Beds in the Room were Uncomfortable, the Sheets smelled of cigarettes smoke. The Shower was not working properly

Good Location for area shopping & dining. The location of the room was good since by an exit/entrance from parking side however very cramped for 3 people. The sofa couch is right at the foot of the bed with not much space. Felt very small for 3 people, especially adults, to spend about 8 days. Also, major factor, the air conditioner wasn't working properly at all. We woke up sweating, turned A/C temp. down to about 60, and still was sweating. Not a pleasant night's sleep at all.

Emergency stay only Rooms smell of mold, mechanical noise vibrating through walls. No sleep. One worn out place!!

Upgrading Carpet was dirty, desk was fallen apart, bathroom need upgrading, vending machine out of order on the first floor and third floor. Back entrance dirty and full of garbage.
