Matress was very poor, lumpy,too soft and pillows felt like they were filled with cardboard. Breakfast was a few stale cold items.

Quarto sujo Funcionários que não fazem questão de atender com cortesia. So limpo cada 3 dias Café da manhã pessimo. Nada de frutas , Só um tipo de paz. Ovo com massa horivel sem gosto Jamais voltaria. Tem hotel melhor por menor valor

I booked this room for my mom as a one night stay. She was to stay by me but things changed last minute. My mom is a diamond club member with Wyndham and the way she was treated was horrible. First of all the elevator stop working with her in it and she was very afraid. They gave her the 4th floor because it’s the only floor with rooms left, when she told the staff at the front desk about the elevator she was given a “don’t care” attitude. When I got there I saw two employees behind the desk but only one was working with about 5-7 people in line so it took quite a bit even when I did check in online. Then they gave me a key to someone else's room!!! I had to go back to the desk and they had to reassign me to another room. When I got in the room the painting was hanging off the wall lamp shade all tilted side ways hair under the bathroom vanity. The pillows were HORRIBLE and once you lay on them get so flat. Dated property. Clumps of hair in the elevator, disgusting room chairs, and messy breakfast area.

Breakfast is always late when the big black guy is on duty. 6:15 am breakfast isn't ready, and people will be waiting for him to get it prepared. The hotel serves the same breakfast every day. The sausage is always salty, and the oranges are spoiled.

Horrendous stay! Rooms dirty and mold everywhere! Avoid at all cost! On top of this manager is as bad, zero communication skills when I complained about not showering or sleeping!
