There is no hot water in the hotel dog barking all night rude staff horrible experience

Rolling Loud weekend My original room was not available upon check in so I got booked in to a room with two double beds mind you it was a handicap room. My 15 yr old son was on one bed and my husband and I on the other. It smelled and wasn’t comfortable at all. Next day we got put in to our requested room Which also smelled and had no extra blankets for the sleeper sofa. Ants were piled out under neath the AC Unit and the window sill was filthy. The carpet was squishy wet in front of the Bathroom door. They did adjust price of room for that . However the electronic lock on the door was malfunctioning when you used the key card you had to shove hard on the door to get it open. Long black hairs were on the Bathroom floor. My wife is a Blond.

Not worth price Rooms should be cheaper like the quality of hotel. Wouldn't pay what I paid to stay here again. .

Old,outdated, needing repairs Old and outdated, AC did not work on arrival, tech came in and moldy and dirty, boiler pump went out and without hot water for 24 hrs. Front entrance floor is duct taped and automatic door broken. Online days pillowtop bed but that is not true, couch stained and ripped. Owner seriously needs to spend some $. Good location for food and shopping

Not the greatest hotel Pros: Location. near major streets and next to the Fountains mall. Cons: Needs more managerial supervision. Location: Very nice mall called the Fountains. Plenty of different restaurants near the hotel. Room was never vacuumed, sink was slow to drain, thermostat was turned down to 60 while we were out turning it into an icebox, stairs appeared to not be cleaned on a regular basis. Kept awake for over 3 hours in the middle of the night as the desk person, security, and finally the police pounded, yelled and screamed at person in the room next to me trying to get her out. They did not succeed, and kept numerous customers awake for a very long time. When I complained, they did comp my room for the night, so good resolution, but not a good night. could have definitely been handled better...

Mixed review I was charged twice for my stay. I am still waiting to have my debit account credited. We were there for a band competition so I had my daughter and 1 other girl. Our room had a king bed and couch bed where the girls wanted to sleep. The mattress on the couch had a blood stain. It took 3 times talking to the front desk to get something done. Finally got a roll away bed. The hot tub and pool were unavailable to use Saturday. On the positive side, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly.
