Disappointing stay Worst LQ stay I've ever experienced. Too much aggressive wildlife outdoors and poor service indoors! Rooms were hot and musty smelling with broken furniture. The housekeeping was only done after I returned to the hotel and complained that the entire day had gone by and it wasn't done only to be told by the housekeeper that she takes her break at 1pm that's why at 3:45pm my room had still not been serviced. Will never stay at this location again!

horrible Pros: N/A Cons: Customer Service......act like you care and don't give my room away. Location: N/A Booked a non-smoking room and all they had was smoking. Staff said to contact Expedia and get a refund?? Being on a plane for so long and couldn't get a good night rest. All clothes smell like smoke......HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

If nothing else available...Stay Here... Pros: Price Cons: Room maintenance, breakfast Location: Good location to BTT Arena and Hard Rock Casino... Many problems in room: clock didn't work, sink plugged, tub drain plug broken, bathroom door hinge squeak..very loud. Room very noisy...hallway and room above. Weak breakfast selections, poor coffee... room thermostat didn't work....

Disappointing Hotel is worn and older. Breakfast is the usual. .We were not impressed. We stayed because it convenient to where we were visiting, won't use this hotel again

Disappointed guest The first experience was a whiff of stuffy air on entering the room. Not sure they vacuum the carpets regularly. Other ultimate disappointment was cigarette smell in the corridors of the hotel as you approach your room, apparently they have smoking areas in most floors which obviously can be easily discerned as you walk through the aisles of the hotel. This was not the expectation.

Dogs across the hall Pros: Reasonable facilities Cons: Dogs across the hall Listed as a pet-friendly hotel, and apparently is -- at the cost of the humans in the hotel. Bark. Bark. Bark.

Horrible and I am so sorry I even stayed. Terrible experience Location: The City has good restaurants and shopping areas to go and enjoy. The beach is not far from the area. It also has good distance from the area and the main arena. The hotel was dirty and smelled like smoke in the hallway and the rooms. The elevator was not working propertly and was booked in the 4th floor. Over all it was a nightmare. Never again.

Will Never Use La Quinta Inn Elevators not working.Room was stillo dirty and just vacated by previous cleints.Waited for almost 45 min to get things straightened-up.We were given a diff room.Ice machine on the floor not working.Hallways has no a/c very hot and humid.
