Dirty! Pros: location Cons: clean! clean! clean!!!! Location: great location, cause to shopping, the interstate, restaurants and a general popular area. my room was very dirty. The beds had been freshly made and the bathroom was clean, but the carpet had stains all over it. When you looked in corners their was food droppings from previous stays. Save your money Pros: Nothing Cons: Cleanliness Location: Ihop and highway The only thing I liked it was close to Ihop, but room was dirty, floor dirty, pubic hair on bed , elevator expired

Will not stay here again Pros: It was convenient. Cons: Everything Location: This was not a vacation . We were attending a family funeral On the first morning of our stay,I found two dirty towels hanging form the ironing board in the closet. On the next day on returning to our room late in the afternoon, we found the door to our room was not locked because it had not been closed properly. Very noisy stay. Checked in around 4 pm and went to get cleaned up for dinner and there was no hot water. Wall do not stop any sounds above a whisper so you hear anything going on next door.

Not longer a Quinta Inn and Suites Pros: Location Cons: This property is in need of a serious spring clean, and face lift. Location: Not too much around but It is close to major highways. It is more of a commercial area with office buildings. It looks safe and quite area As a Travel and Tourism professional it is very disappointing that Americans and foreigners need to put up with hospitality business that doesn't really understand the term Hospitality. Horrible Pros: Curb appeal Cons: Call back Clients. Straighten out desk Came to hotel early10:30am to see if we had to check in.Spoke to staff 2 Ladies at counter.They said they had our reservation but the room would not be available for a while.We wanted to check in up front but they told it wasn't necessary.We let them know we would be out all day and wouldn't be back till later on.
