All I want is a clean, comfortable bed (both great) and a shower with good water pressure(awful). The hot/cold control was broken so the water was scalding hot. It took 1 hour for someone to come look at it. Then another 30 minutes passed before I finally got them to give me a pair of pliers so I could adjust the temperature, shower and get to the port in time for my cruise. When my wife complained to the front desk, his answer was, "You know I don't own the place, right?" It's in a great location and I was hoping to make it... read more

IF we could get past the disgusting windows; IF we could get past the hallway that smelled like a dirty locker room; IF we could past the fact we were charged $40 for early check in and paying for WiFi; IF we could get past the disrepair of the room with respect to the headboard and drapes; IF we could get past the fact the breakfast food was almost non existent (2 yougurt cups, white bread only, no fruit…) and IF we could get past the pool that had more leaves in it than the surrounding trees…. The room appeared clean exact for the bed frames that appears to not have dusted for a long time . Entrance to the hotel very very dirty with all the contrast birth poop , feathers … totally unacceptable. Breakfast should not be included , it’s like I was charged but there was no way I could eat that breakfast . Front desk staff upon check in was also a little rough won’t stay there again for that very high price of $230
