Terrible. The property has bed bugs. I have videos and pictures for proof. When I alerted the front desk staff and showed her the bugs (yes, I brought them down in a napkin to show her), she was calm and couldn’t have cared less. As I read other reviews, I’m not the first person to complain about this. I highly recommend staying elsewhere. This place is disgusting!!!

There was no shower curtian i told staff twice about it and it never got addressed! There was missing light bulbs and blinds didnt work! Terrible experience!

The first room we had the SMALL TV didnt work, they then moved us to a room down the hall and the shower didnt work. It was just an OK stay, it was only for one night so we made do but I would not stay at this property again.

No water, no coffee in the room. Microwave running none stop but, food not warm up, lack of in room lighting, breakfast are precooked and cool, coffee has no coffee flavor

They couldn't locate my Expedia reservation so charged me in person an extra 30 dollars on to of what I was quoted and paid for through Expedia. So I was charged twice. Once by Expedia and again by property

Disappointed I chose this location because it was close to family and easy access to food services and stores like Dollar General. I did not read the reviews but because I had stayed here a few years ago. I will not be staying again. The room was very dark, even with every light on. I posted a picture of the window.
