Door in restroom wouldn’t not open I had to go downstairs to use the bathroom
It wasn’t as picture. Also it smelled like urine and was dirty. They accuse me of smoking n I don’t even smoke. Also walls were so thin I can hear everything. I was unable to sleep. The refrigerator didn’t work just the freezer. It was just so bad .

The night staff was great, but the morning staff is horrible, the hotel is completely outdated and everything is rusted and old
So much cigarette smoke in elevator and in hallway many guests not wearing masks and some of the guests was smoking marijuana and I have asthma very bad I couldn't even breathe it was so bad so me and my husband left the hotel I told the lady at desk she didn't do anything about it I called to complaint to Expedia and they tried to call lady at the front desk at the hotel she would not answer the phone or respond back by email. carpet was stained also the bathroom vanity had a lose piece covering the plumbing and it fell onto my grandchild, I notified the front desk that I felt it should be secure cause it could have hurt someone falling on them and the lady didn't seem concerned at all
The location of the property is great! However, the property has gone down considerably from my last stay. I was very disappointed with the room. The upkeep and the cleanliness was unbelievably bad. The furniture was rotting, the carpet was dirty, the bedsheets had stains, the bathtub was worn, and the toilet handle was breaking. It’s unfortunate because my decision is not to stay at this location in the future.

Unprofessional staff. Very rowdy guests disturbed the night until well after 2am. Despite multiple discussions to the staff regarding the situation, they refused to handle.
