I will not return to this particular La Quinta. I arrived to check in Only to run into a door that didn't open all the way. It started to open, then stopped at about 12 in and I had to push it open enough for me to get through. Those behind the counter were aware of this. I have no idea how long the store has been broken or how long it'll take for them to fix it. The room was missing the room number placard, thankfully food deliveries found the place fine. Not enough light in rooms, no coffee maker in room & last day we saw a roach in the room. We will never stay @ a la Quinta again

We had no hot water the entire stay but needed the space for traveling. reported construction noise and hot water issue to front desk.

The hotel had a very strong smell of air freshener when first walking in like they were trying to cover sometimes up. The room had a cat urine smell. They do allow pets so that could be it. The shower had black mold on the tile and the shampoo and body wash bottles were missing from the thing on the wall. We were honestly too tired to call the front desk and complain. We quickly slept and got out the next morning.

Our stay was pretty good. There were a few items in the room that were just ok. There was no overhead lighting in the main room. Only 2 bed lights and one corner floor lamp. The bathroom door was too long for the opening and would stick on the bathroom floor and wouldn't shut completely. The mirrored closet door would not stay shut. Well the only thing I’d say I liked about my stay was the comfy bed. Thus however, the shower towels were small, don’t bother to wake up early for the breakfast it’s not even “continental breakfast” as they mentioned I also have requested for a room not to be below family due to have a little quietness but no even tho I came back down to move me to another but it’s always the same old excuses “that’s the only one we have” I mean list goes on but to keep things short I won’t come back definitely not.
