The beds n the room i was in was worn out need new ones tv remote didn't work have to sleep the first night with no tv because staff said they couldn't do anything until the next morning coffee was cold
The lights in the pool area don't work and the hot tub is broken. The reason we choose this location was because of the hot tub. I should have gotten a small refund for the inconvenience
Horrible. Room was disgusting. Rust everywhere, clumps of dust everywhere, comforter had holes on it, dead bug (small but not a bed bug) in the sheets, shower was filthy… breakfast was sloppily thrown together and the selections were limited… I’m really not that picky and don’t try to leave horrible reviews, but other travelers need to be aware this place is disgusting.
