Never going back to that hotel Got my room thru hotels.com and la Quinta charged aside from the hotels app so I payed double

If I could give 0 stars I would. We stayed there because of the indoor pool and jacuzzi that was broken. There was a hole under the carpet in the room in between the beds and my friends mom tripped at least 3 times. The AC was broken. We spoke to the manager via phone because he wasn’t there and he talked to us like we had a tail between our legs. He used foul language and hung up on us. The worst experience I have ever had!!

There was bed bugs in our room,also had crumbs and hair under the chair cushion, this was not what I was expecting and the room number is 219 they switched us to a different room but it was literally next door from the room that has bedbugs

Elevator wasn’t working. The breakfast wasn’t the best, there was no comforter only bed sheets, and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, and pillows were uncomfortable.

Some good and some bad I picked this hotel as I had a long drive and have arthritis and it listed a warm spa in the pool room. When I went down it was'nt working and the pool area had leaves and dirt on the floor. The floor lamp was broken. The staff was pleasant but the maid was insistant we leave at 11. We were in the process of packing and I was stiff from the long drive. The price was very reasonable.

Had to be one of the worst breakfast I have experienced. Choices extremely limited. I could not even cut the sausage.

The rooms are absolutely TOO DARK they need more lighting..

Mold / cigarette smoke smell in the room. As soon as I walked in my allergies flared up. The lady was mad because I asked for another room. I feel like they wanted to just put me anywhere didn’t care about my concerns.
