Had to be one of the worst breakfast I have experienced. Choices extremely limited. I could not even cut the sausage.

Mold / cigarette smoke smell in the room. As soon as I walked in my allergies flared up. The lady was mad because I asked for another room. I feel like they wanted to just put me anywhere didn’t care about my concerns.

They wouldn’t make up our bed. Breakfast was never ready. Hot tube wasn’t working.
DO NOT STAY HERE. They stole my card information! I started noticing weird transactions right after staying here. I know this because the transactions are from fort worth and I live in dallas. Plus when we stayed here there was screaming coming from the hallway.

Starting off, we were delayed checking in due to their computer system being down. Later, my family was giving key cards to an occupied room. Next, the tv, Wi-Fi, and phone was inoperable most of the day. Furthermore, the remote was broken along with window shades. We later went to the pool area to relax. There were no towels and the hot tub was seriously colder than the pool. The continental breakfast was bare throughout the meal. Lastly, the staff working the front desk could care less about my experience during my stay.

Well It was no refund reservation and when I got there the told me it be 100 deposited witch nothing was said when I booked the room so it came down to give up my last 100 or lose the first 100 it was supposed to be returned first thing it's been days andvall i was refunded was 9 so far out if the 100
