Staff made us plunge our stopped up toilet as soon as we Checked in which was not our doing. Pool had so many kids that were jumping in and out of the pool plus jacuzzi. Almost jumped on my sons head three times and no staff was anywhere to be seen! Didn’t get to swim! Room was terrible! Lamp shades were old and torn! The customer service was awesome. The bed and pillows were just the opposite. The pillows were just soft. Is like I was sleeping without a pillow. The mattress was just too soft as well. Just doesn't support my back. My wife didn't sleep well. I woke up with a sore neck and back. Very disappointed with La Quinta for the very first time.
Bathroom was dirty , tv didn't work and staff was rude and uneducated with systems .
Staff was friendly, Room was clean & bed were comfortable. Only negative was room smelt odd when we first went in it. Opened window and all was fine. Shittlw and onsote parking were quick and easy. Would stay here again
Had the room booked for over a month they call me the day of and cancelled (mentioned another name in voicemail). I called back 10 minutes later they cancelled my reservations. Trying to say my card declined but I’m sure they Overbooked. They didn’t even try doing anything to help.
This place was very drity people were very loud at this place I understand everyone want to have a good time but when you have kids it's a totally different story the food was cold and awful.... I will never be back at the place
Dried up booger’s all over the shower curtain. Brown stains on our towels(looked like someone had wiped there.. you know) so we went to cvs and bought our own. One tiny bottle of shampoo was given with one bar of soap. So we had to buy more at cvs next door as well. Breakfast was served till 10am the first day we were there. It was good. Next day we got up they were closed and said they stopped serving at 9! We said we should of been informed of the time change. So we had to go buy breakfast too. The pool had a terrible stench as if it had not been properly cared for in some time. Also, our AC unit for our room did not work well, and the scrambled eggs were horribly soggy at breakfast. Staff was friendly and professional though. We were in the end overcharged incorrectly for the room and then strangely the charge disappeared. Quite stressful and strange.
