worst stay ever bed bugs!!! and will over charge your card multiple times ! and say you have to wait 7-10 business days for it to come back on card . also he accused me and my family of smoking in the rooms , when he knew he see us go downstairs every time to smoke . really bad here breakfast
Employees were nice. Gentleman at front desk was great. Poor man was running himself ragged. We had no hot water to shower. Pool was cold. Hot tub was disqusting!
no hot water couldn’t take a shower. the hotel smelled horrible no hot water had a horrible smell dirty poor customer service
our stay was not the best could not sleep without smelling smoke at a non smoking hotel people allowed to smoke weed cigarettes, it was clean
Meh The receptionist was rude and not helpful at all. Not supportive of travelers little kids (1 & 3) who may need special attention after traveling for 14 hours. What we needed for the trip. In general good availability
OK, but we need to be more selective. Obviously nothing could be done about noise in the room due to the freeway being 50 ft away. Next time we will request a room on the back side of the facility to avoid this issue as we are light sleepers. Our last visit we were on the back side of the facility and experienced no problems. Disappointing The people in the next room were noisy,talking loud slamming door and just being asses. Called the front desk twice and they responded but it just went back to being loud. I was hoping after the second warning they wouldn’t of ne asked to leave.
Never had a problem in the past, but I did not enjoy my last stay. not really clean. next door was loud, even after calling the front desk and we could not sleep at all. on top of that, the fire alarm went off bc there was a problem with some system in the building. familiar hotel because we've stayed there so many times
