The first two nights were terrible with a large unsupervised teenage church group. Very noisy Just okay, nothing spectacular
Gross The facility was disgusting. Trashed. For a location inside of rockwall I expected more. The La Quinta in GARLAND of all places is a better location than the rockwall location. Disgusting and disappointing.
Decent hotel, crappy booking website. Booking.com screwed up my reservations. The hotel had no record of them when I arrived to check In. Thin walls, I could hear everything from both adjacent rooms. Close to interstate. Good breakfast. Clean rooms.

My stay was one of the worst I’ve had in a while. The hotel is probably the worst La Quinta I’ve ever stayed in. It was dirty, in bad repair, and loud. At 1:00am in the morning the owner decided to crowbar the door next to my room open and banged around for at least 30 minutes. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

So sorry for the inconvenience. The guest that was locked out had his medicine in room that's the only reason we had to open that room immediately.
My husband I wanted to escape from our family.This place fit the bill. There was no closet in the room. No place to hang clothes. The jets to the hot tub were not working. The breakfast was good.Check in was prompt.I had a last minute reservation and I was not gouged

Fair It wasn’t as clean as it appeared on the review. After breakfast there were sticky spots on the floor lobby that took 24 hours to clean. The walls around the elevator were dirty. In the room under the refrigerator was dusty and nasty. Also at the base of our toilet there were old pee stains. Someone had thrown up in a trash can and left it out in the hall and it took a few hours before it was removed from the hall. The location was good and the room wasn’t bad

my stay was uncomfortable. The hotel seemed short staff, the lady working the breakfast area couldn't accommodate the needs of the hotel patrons, because she was working alone and that took time off breakfast waiting on her to replenish where it was needed. My room was cold the first night because the heat was broke, someone was sent to fix it, but it wasn't and it stayed on one temperature all night, leading up to my granddaughter Asthma triggered. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was not that good. The beds were very hard. The bed was very hard! Very nice staff!
