Not good for trying to get a restful night's sleep while traveling. Fight on floor between front desk clerk and other guests. Police were called, very disruptive. Should have been offered something for the inconvenience and drama.
Fair My daughter was traveling cross country alone for college. We called the hotel in advance to ensure they would allow her to check in on her own given the fact that she was 18. We were told they would allow her to check in and that there would not be a problem. When she got there they almost turned her away because of her age..as a mother; this was unacceptable. They luckily allowed her to check in this "one time". But can you imagine if they had turned her away? I'm still fuming about this. Nothing
Meh The price. I paid less money for a higher quality Holiday Inn Express with an indoor pool and full breakfast. The friendliness of the lady at check out. I also like the Koi fish at the entrance.

Very Good The graveyard desk clerk is very dismissive, not very helpful . We are so tired and just try to get it to our room but we can’t find our room the way he told us for direction to our room . He is very rude individual ...
Someone used our room as a smoking lounge. Will not return. Room smelled like smoke. So pungent a smoke smell that my sinuses were inflamed by morning. Found several hair strands that were not ours on top of the bedsheets. Will never visit again. Informed staff of smoke problem on arrival to room. Was not offered a different room. Informed staff of smoke stench on departure. Staff apologized but stated they could do nothing to better the situation because I had used a third party website. A very BAD experience. I ask for a downstairs room, I got one on the third floor. I reserved well ahead and if downstairs was not available, I should have been told before I made the reservation. Nothing
