Had pet hair all over the bed and was very dirty. They said no other rooms were available and would refund our deposit&# Very dirty and had pet hair all over the bed

Bad None of it, would not stay there ever. Area was none desirable, other guest or tenants were noisy into late part of the night was not able to rest. It seemed as if some of these tenants were permanent residents and they had their run of the place. Would not ever stay at this location.

Weed smell/hard bed/don’t stay here Everything else. The beds were hard as rocks, the room smelt so strongly of weed that I had to douse myself in perfume for fear of carrying that aroma all day. This was advertised as a smoke free facility, but cigarette and weed smell is everywhere so that’s either a lie or not at all enforced. Complaining helped nothing. Bad The lobby was nice the location was convenient there was no one able to check me in at the front desk I proceeded to he room ....the hallway was dirty and smelled like animals ...when I went into my room the carpet and furniture was stained the let out sofa was stained w urine and rust I had to got to Walmart and buy bedding for my kids to sleep outlets did not have power the mircrowave was dirty ...also upon entering my room my shoes was sticking too the dirty floor . Very Good Terrible you don’t serve breakfast and the rate was the same felt cheated sack breakfast pitiful. Management says Corporate was holding them back on breakfast but yet other Quality Inns served breakfast in same state it is a joke blaming it on COVID-19 I am a nurse this virus is not transmitted by food. Your just cheating people and saving money sounds like corporate America always picking on the little guy and lining your own pockets.
