Don't waste your time. Just spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. We couldn't pull up in the load/unload area because there was an scaffold there. The elevator kept going out so we had to lug a suitcase and bags up to the third floor, and of course it was again when we checked out. The clerk that checked us out tells me that the elevator was working fine yesterday day that some kids messed it up. We were there 2 days and either coming or going we would have to take the stairs. The manager was somewhat apologetic.

Bad Didn’t like the messiness. Also, was told we could have a late checkout and the next day was told the housekeepers said we had to leave. Nothing. Property is a mess. No amenities available and that wasn’t specified.

Fair The man at the front desk was kinda rude. The carpets could use a good cleaning and dusting It’s near the highway and close to stores .

False advertising I filtered free breakfast specifically when booking and amidst Covid. I have stayed at holiday inn and it was just self serve. This hotel gave me ONE brown paper bag with mini water, granola bar and a muffin. For two adults!!!!!!!!! Morning manager was very helpful. It was a man. He is what turned this review around from a 1 star review. Tell him Thank you.
