Not impressive and will not be staying at La Quinta again. My reservation was cancelled the same day I was to arrive because they said my credit card was declined. I called my credit card company that they said declined and was told they’d never even received the charge and had not declined anything. I was able to rebook the room with another card but La Quinta would NOT honor the same room rate I had booked through booking.com...ended up paying about $20 more! Bad I normally don't leave reviews. I live locally, but scheduled a graduate school exam and wanted a place without distractions, reliable internet, and a comfortable bed. I frequently travel for work and could always count on La Quinta to have a comfortable bed. It may be this location, but the bed was NOT comfortable or clean. The sheets felt like sand paper and I found a long black hair on my bed. (I'm a bald man with a short beard). Disappointing The lobby smelled really bad. I know this is a pet friendly establishment but it shouldn't smell like one. The office chair in the room was visibly dirty. The hallway floors were not vacuumed. Not sure if carpets are shampooed after pets stay in the room but my allergies was bad. I didn't have this issue at the other LaQuinta I stayed in the night before. Then a pet peed on the lobby floor and it wasn't cleaned up immediately it was 10 minutes later. marijuana. It smelt like marijuana the entire time. The hall smelt horrible and occasionally our room would smell like it. We woke up at 430 in the morning one day because of the smell. I will never go back to this location or recommend it especially if you have small children. This was the worse experience I have had. The hotel and room were in good condition. Then gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming.

Thank you for your review. Normally the reservation is canceled in the morning of day of arrival if the credit card is declined, but we still held your reservation till 10:36pm on 11-27-2020 and then it was canceled. Sorry on behalf of our staff. SP
Very unpleasant For some reason we were given a room in between 2 big family groups. These families had small children that were allowed to to run all over the hallway through the night and early morning. They also had dogs that barked late at night and in the early morning. The bathroom floor was disgusting to say the least, the room smell like it hadn’t been occupied for awhile.
