Fair It seems to have a smell and not as clean as last year. Breakfast was fair . Towel bar kept falling down. Carpets seemed dirty. Convenient to our destination.
Unprofessional and not a good stay! Everything!! This hotel was definitely not one that I would recommend to nobody! The staff was unpleasant and unprofessional! The housekeepers were definitely not to be trusted! One of family members had to call the police due to they had went through her bags and took her jewelry and left the suitcase in a mess! Needs help with breakfast The free breakfast was definitely not up to par. They were out of most of the food there and the juice pitchers were empty and the area was filthy around each station. The staff was not helpful at all. For the amount of people staying there they were truly not prepared. The room was clean and the night staff was exceptional
Night manager had a bad attitude. This is the first Hotel that I booked all week just to find out that they charge you for breakfast. They leave trash,plates,drinking glasses outside or room, not on a cart, but on the floor.
Worst night's sleep ever. A long drive the next day made the trip miserable. 1.FAR away from elevator when I requested NEAR. 2. Bed horribly hard. 3. a/c barely cooled room. 4. Room reissued to another and they tried to enter. Would have come in had the deadbolt not been put on. It was a convenient location to our destination.

Okay I didn’t like the fact that the swimming pool close early we was in there and they shut the light on u they couldn’t come in there and ask to leave they just shut the light out like we are in jail or prison The room look amazing I love it
