Bad Property was horrible the room AC didn’t work … The bed had Human Hairs on it . & the floor was with stains and the sheets were not changed they had stains on them from who ever had it previously .
a hotel with many flaws The elevator, ice machine, computer and printer in the business center WERE NOT WORKING. the pool water was a bit dirty. part of the breakfast was awful. location near airport

Pésimo hotel El hotel es muy viejo, el wc no jalaba y la Tina de la regadera tenía agua acumulada. Pedí al front desk que me ayudarán y me dijeron que no había nadie para ayudarme hasta el día siguiente, pedí que me cambiará de cuarto y me dijeron que no tenían otro. La opción que me dieron fue bajar del piso 3 al lobby para usar ese baño cada que necesitará hacer pipi. Pésimo servicio, pésima respuesta, pésima atención. No lo recomiendo para nada La cercanía al aeropuerto
This hotel can improve in small ways to be better. The staff has attitudes The rooms need to be cleaned better. Deep clean. The bathroom was terrible, the tub was nasty. I liked the shuttle, and the breakfast was nice.
