Fair The hotel needs a complete overall. The mattresses and box springs are very old and lumpy. Shower tiles are yellow from age. The elevator was absolutely disgusting and the outside furniture was old and filthy. My shirt was dirty after sitting on it. This particular La Quinta had definitely seen better days

Bad Customer Service sent a message requesting assistance for an elderly woman, had to wait 6 days just to get an incomplete answer. Had to call to get a resolution numerous times, which to be fair they did provide on the phone, but they are lacking on service via Booking.com to say the least. Then due to Covid restrictions the reservation couldn't be completed, requested help with a partial credit, but they marked the stay as completed and denied the request.
