Bad The room was 80 degrees the whole entire night they did nothing to make up for it not did they fix it when I first told them about it
Bad Elevator not working. Had to wait three hours for a first floor room to be cleaned.
My shuttle from the airport I waited an hour because directions were not explained as far as where i would be picked up The rooms need to be renovated! The location from the airport! Needs very much updating!

Sirve, pero... Está descuidado, la cama muy usada (se hundía), y se oye prácticamente todo lo que sucede a tu alrededor. Muy cerca del aeropuerto y el servicio de transporte al mismo.

Requires an urgent replacement of carpets Carpets were not cleaned in YEARS super dirty !!!! elevator with graffities, bad condition , dirty. It seems to be a very good hotel and comfortable

Our stay was very disappointing and not up to the standards I'm used to in a LaQuinta. The cockroach surprise in the hideabed was handled in a very unprofessional manner. We were relocated to another room but only after we pressed the issue that we were not happy with the bugs nor the bathroom tub that was rust stained from a persistent drop from the ceiling.

Very rude The staff here was very rude ,so bad I went in got another room at another hotel .The staff was very rude very unprofessional. From me coming all the way from another state it was a wast never will I ever stay at this hotel . I got to TX at 8 in the morning went to just asked was my room ready the 2 ladies at the desk jumped on me very rude .I didn’t mind paying extra to get my room earlier.But I just decided not to deal with this hotel went and got another hotel got my room at 9am in I was good .
