Si no hay otra opción. Cuarto sucio fe la alfombra, pegostiosa, falta de cortesía de algunas personas en recepción. Gimnasio en mpobre estado de mantenimiento. Desayuno nutritivo

Bad This place was a joke. I got a key to one room it was dirty still from the last guest. Moved me to another room it had no refrigerator or microwave that I was told it would have. And I had a roach in my room. The pool was greenish. I would not recommend this place its nasty Nothing

Very disappointed It was not clean and smelled of mold and I had mold growing on the floor with my allergies and asthma this was not ok not even for my little ones Came to this location with my husband and our family for our family vacation and the first room they put us in the covers were stained and the entire building smelled of mold so they put us in another room just for this room to have visible mold on the floor and not to mention check in was at three and the rooms for other family members weren’t even cleaned yet we... read more

ok Alot of things. My room was not spotless like I expected. Their were strands of hair all over the bed room floor. And also, there roaches coming out of no where. Please have facility maintenace spray more frequently. Bugs are so gross!!! I was stuck in the elevator thought it was for a brief moment, it was terrifying. The elevator did not have an emergency button!!! That is a no no. This needs to be fixed IMMEDIATELY!!! The hotel doors do not lock. The breakfast bar had items that were missing. The place need to be placed in a new location jfk should have better hotels especially by the airport The elevator didn’t work and front desk took forever Nothing

You get what you paid for. It took 45 minutes to get a room- we arrived at 3:45 p.m and didn’t get the room until 4:30. Supposedly they were looking for the housekeepers…smh. Room was hot and ac can’t be controlled in the room. Called the front desk to complain around midnight and was offered another room, which I did not take since it would be more chaotic moving everything at that time, so I was offered a discount at checkout, but at checkout manager said she could only get me $5 at the most. Fair Elevator was dirty and smelled like mildew, elevator and ice machine on 2nd floor inoperable, no refrigerator or microwave in the room. Young lady at the desk when I checked out had a bad attitude! The young lady at the desk when I checked in was extremely nice and the bed was comfortable.

My stay was average but staff is great! The property is going thru an ownership change, construction upgrades repair etc. Breakfast was good..coffee all day good shuttle great

The worst hotel experience ever! The front desk clerk didn’t know what she was doing. Couldn’t find our reservation even with the confirmation code. She let us know that she was only in the job 5-days. We had a 5am shuttle to the airport. We are senior citizens. I had back surgery and couldn’t use the elevator to take our luggage down and a huge inconvenience to us. A horrible experience! The front desk clerk didn’t know what she was doing.
