Bad This property was very dirty and not clean at all. All throughout the property. The pool was green. The elevator was not working so we had to used the stairs every time we go somewhere. I will not be staying at the property again. I will post it on online review. Nothing

Esta cerca del aeropuerto Reserve 2 habitaciones la habitación 516 tiene un olor muy desagradable.le puse loción y aun asi no se quitaba el mal olor..la alberca estuvo fuera de servicio..la otra habitacion estaba mas o menos aceptable.

Decepción Tenía muy mal olor, las alfombras muy sucias y mal olientes, todo muy viejo y sucio , la alberca no estaba en funcionamiento , el desayuno muy escaso, y de mala calidad. La verdad muy decepcionada con la franquicia y el Alojamiento

Sweet and sour Airport Shuttle never came. Excessive cab fares (30). Booking.com reservation absent. No food, and poor advice on nearby restaurants. 5 days later, received their welcome message. 6th day as well. Quiet. Large space. Low price.

Bad Really disappointed, they gave me a dirty room, and when they changed the room the second room was worse than the first one, and of course I asked for my refund and I stayed in a different hotel Nothing

Wasn’t worth the money I paid The maids never came to clean the rooms when we weren’t in them. We had to ask for more towels. I had to ask them to clean the room. The basically said we had to leave the room in order them to clean it after we got back from being gone 5 hours. The people at the front desk weren’t necessarily friendly. One lady from the front desk hung up on us when we asked about getting room cleaned. I felt I should’ve be compensated for the lack of hospitality. Never booking here again.
