Poor rooms are dated and unclean..beds were hard outside looked nice

Close to the airport There was no locking back door, elevator was out of order, there was hairs left after cleaning the room, the shower showed signed of calcium and poorly maintained, beds where old and stained, fridge didn’t work during my stay. The staff was nice, and the convenience to the airport

Very Poor While the pool and gym was closed due to COVID-19, there was no mask on the staf’s face. It was weird to me. I came with children and it was very difficult to take care of them in that hot day. There was no information about the closure of pool neither on the hotels website or booking.com Another issue there were two twin! (it supposed to be queen) beds in the room and those beds were worst beds I had ever used in my life. Cockroaches and broken shower We’ve found cockroaches in the bathroom. The shower was broken. The elevator smelled weird. The location is great!

Uninvited guess There were Nets in the room and stains in the linen. Very annoying. The pool wasn’t clean for my kids to enjoy. Only plus was that they provided Netflix. I’m glad it was just for one night The outlook of the property and location were great
