Gross! Cracked toilet seats, stained wet sticky carpets, holes in the curtains, malfunctioning shower, rusty sink, broken shower head, dirty walls, brown toilet rings...this place is gross Only only redeeming quality what is the comfort of the beds.

Bad beds were extremely small not queen as advertised. No hot breakfast just basic free breakfast again not advertised like that. We booked 2 rooms and asked to be joining or at least close we were given 2 rooms each on another side of the building.

Fair I didn't like that, one of are rooms had smells. Then got moved to a different room that had roaches. And then moved into another room. The location. Breakfast was cool.

Disappointing On the online booking stated that the room had a king size bed and a pull-out sofa. It did have a king size bed but no pull out sofa also very disappointed that the swimming pool was not up and running! The king size bed was very comfortable.

Convince trumps luxury here It was very run down. Stained carpets and graffiti. Door jam seemed to be damaged from break in? Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. 5 stars to them.

Disappointing Elevator not working room on 4th floor. Outer security door didn't require card to enter so not safe. Room in dire need of updating. Not enough towels. Never want to stay here again. Nothing
