Disappointing Breakfast was bad, very basic options.
Staff not friendly . Had to switch to 3 different rooms due to bugs and lizards in room. Green pool. Nothing . Poor cold breakfast.

It was ok but we won't book again Room was big but smells like urine and mold, a.c. leaked bad our floors were soaked they didn't give us a credit nor new room. Hair was in our tub and beds. Told us they had indoor and out door pool but they didn't have indoor pool. Pool was full of leaves and ants but they did clean it Breakfast was only bagels, cereal and fruit. We need towels and they didn't won't to give us any extra. I don't think I would return Great location, big rooms
Don't stay here until something drastic changes To say the hotel has gone down in standard is an under statement. The only hot part of breakfast is the toast and the coffee - which wasn't amazing. They've stopped doing any hot breakfast other than that. The only available juice - something orange in color, definitely wasn't orange juice. While we appreciate your feedback we must address your comments. We have not offered hot breakfast since COVID and only do Continental breakfast which is what we advertise. You booked two Executive King rooms which state there is one king bed and one sofa bed in each room. The room description does not state two king beds. We replaced all mattresses one year ago that are Serta Pillowtops. If these were too soft for you we apologize and is why you may have felt they were “worn out”. Well, I had hot water and clean sheets. Besides that I really can’t say anything good. Location  Couldn’t get extra towels, the room smelled.  The all over place was not to clean.
