The only reason I stayed here is because they are one of the only hotels who took dogs. The stairway smelled of puppy pee and the pool looked dirty. Breakfast was gone by the time I came down at 8:40am. All of it… there was only coffee out and a rude sign which I will post below. The outside of the property is beautiful and it’s in a great location within walking distance to restaurants. The Kemah boardwalk is about 8 minutes away (way longer on weekends w/traffic).

Bad We had a horrible stay, there was a family of children who were up until 3-4am running around and making a ruckus. We complained to the front desk and they said they would compensate us for the night (which they did not) and they also assured us that they were going to move the family to a room on the lower level since they had so many complaints. THIS also didn't happen, the next night was the same----false promises and poor customer service. Location was good
