Since it was only for one night it was doable but I would not return to that property. the initial room we were assigned had a very very strong chemical smell. We asked to change rooms and had to move to the 3rd floor because they had a shortage of cleaning staff so no other rooms were available on the first floor- near the other room we booked. The rooms were not very clean. The check in staff were very nice.
Shit hole Everything Nothing
bad experience ive had good experience at la quinta before but this time it wasn't. bathroom was dirty with hair. the lights in the entrance and one of the lamps in the room didn't work. cleaning personnel were very rude, straight ignored you if you would try to ask them something. one of them literally turned her back on me after she saw me. 2 hours before the breakfast time was up they ran out of almost everything the beds were comfortable and the AC was nice and full blast
Would not stay here again. The staff, their attitude from the get go was unhelpful and not service oriented. The facilities are clearly aging, there was a bucket and several ceiling cover pieces missing on the first floor hallway - for days. The room was marginal, there was a musty smell overall and you could tell the shower either had mold or water damage that was painted over. Very Poor The hotel was nasty. The hotel is outdated. Nothing worked. There wasn't a vending machine on-site. Had to walk next door to the Hampton inn for vending snacks and drinks. The ice machines were out of order. Swimming area needed cleaning. The view. The easy access to the interstate. Local shops nearby (Walmart, target, restaurants, etc).
Never stay again with the hotel chain!!!! Need major maintenance, elevator, carpet and the mattresses were terrible and very uncomfortable. The location

They were very helpful at the Laquinta inn in south Las Vegas was very nice The property we stayed at was nice but I was not able to transfer to a la Quinta inn closer to the airport without a penalty
