I will not be recommending this hotel or staying here again!!!! complementary breakfast was available but, for the amount of people staying there it wasn’t enough food put out or replenished, floor in room was dirty and bathroom door on the inside was filthy, shower was clogged and toilet bowl wasn’t cleaned and dried food on the air conditioner, pillows was hard and bed was worn out very uncomfortable For the amount I paid $600 plus for 3 nights was way over priced and not worth it , I will not be staying here again staff v... read more
No more ???? I had the hard time to get to my room because key card is not working it long time and employees is not mentioned how it works I and other guests had the hard times to open the door I had been told the manager knew the problem and doesn’t care I hope the management will take care this problem. I don’t think to go back again
Not great Bugs around the room, including in the bed (not bed bugs but still not great to see). Sink had almost zero water pressure, which made it hard to even wash my hands. Ironically, the shower had the strongest water pressure I’ve ever felt in a shower, which made my shower miserable. Also almost zero shelves to put shower stuff (nothing but a soap dish), so I had to put all my shaving stuff on the floor (gross). good location for me
Fair It would have been nice if the the jacuzzi worked! And the ice machine on my floor.
Very uncomfortable night not opportunity to relax The room was dirty, there was no maintenance, not instructions on how to use the air conditioning, it is difficult on how to use the AC. The social areas was very dirty (carpet, walls, chairs. etc)
TRAILER STOLEN ON PROPERTY-DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL!! Trailer was stolen from property. I had to wait over 24 hours because the manager had the day off. When the manager returned, he would not speak to me directly. Had the asst. Manager do all the communication. Had very little communication and absolutly no empathy for the situation.
