Bad This was the worst experience of our 2 week vacation. Quite a few issues set us on the wrong foot, but the worst was the breakfast situation. First some less crucial, although not good, issues: noisy room, the heater did not work (only cold airco came from it) and very luke warm/cold water came from the shower, The worst was the breakfast. Fair The sound insulation was bad. The first night I didn't sleep well. The sound of the highway outside kept me awake. They cheged my room the next day, the sound was better but still not good. The staff was pleasant and accomodating.

Could have been better... Unusable WiFi speeds. Their biggest failing, Unable to work from room. Had to change hotels. Facilities extremely dilapidated. Time for a major remodel. Many broken fixtures in room. Security door busted, no lock at all. Just open side door to enter hotel, no card key necessary. One plus, the friendly staff. Very friendly staff. But cannot make up for the overall state of the property.

Fair It's been a long time since this place has seen any real love. Little things like scuffed floorboards, finger prints on door jambs, the small alcove where snacks are kept for sale with nearly empty shelves, gives it the air of tired and worn. I partook of the minimal breakfast and ate nothing the rest of the day, being too busy to stop and eat again. The next day it all ran right through me. I was miserable. Manager was great and accommodating. Room wasn’t clean. No available blankets or pillows for sofa bed. Night staff was rude. Free breakfast
