We will not be returning to La Quinta in the future. For $236 per night we expected much better. We stayed 4 nights. The front desk clerk said that if we needed housekeeping on any of those days to simply let the front desk know. We notified the front desk that we wanted new towels for the last 2 days. Front desk clerk said "I'll put you on the list." We never got the towels. We were on the 5th floor and one of the two elevators was broken. It got the job done Arrived on Sunday and told the first main elevator would be fixed following day. Wasn't fixed by the end of our stay on Wednesday. Breakfast options were so-so in comparison to other la quintas I've stayed at. While the location of easy access to freeway was nice, it was also very loud with cars zooming by because of this. Location being next to easy access to freeway and food options/ grocery stores was nice and convenient.

Fair I was there for 5 nights and no housekeeping was done in my room for the entire stay My Hairdryer was broken, so I called for a new one and there was no one to bring it to me, so I had to go and get it myself wet hair and all... I went down to the lobby and extended my stay for another night, I got a call the next day (while I was at a Trade Show) telling me I needed to check out....I guess they lost my extention (paid for and all), so I rushed back to the Hotel and they had all of a sudden found the extension??? so a w... read more

for the daily rate of this room, you can do much better! our room was not up to par for $200 a night. I would expect a lot more the bathroom doors were filthy. The tub was old and rusty. The door to the hotel room was disgusting almost like nothing had been wiped down in forever we’re talking like full on dirt and fingerprints. It was disgusting, they only offer double beds which are super small and the beds were not comfortable at all. All the other La Quintana’s I’ve stayed at the beds are amazing. Never again The first thing I do in a hotel room is sanitize what i can...doorknobs, remotes, hard surfaces and toilet. When I lifted the lid to the toilet it was obvious the seat had been sprayed with chemicals because it was filthy.. i think the maid simply forgot to go back and wipe it down, no big deal. However, I had to go to the store to buy cleaning products for the shower/tub and had to remove hair clog from the drain.
