Bad Our laptop, hard drive, and 2000 USD were stolen while we were having breakfast from our room. The staff refused to show us the cameras, even when we read the room's lock swipes history, there were swipes and the lock was open while we were outside of the room. We filed a police report and a lawsuit is in progress. I can't ask for a worse experience.

Bad Non avevo mai alloggiato in un hotel Wyndham e direi che sarà anche l'ultima volta. All'arrivo troviamo la reception vuota con un cartello "torno subito", dopo circa 15 minuti arriva la receptionist che senza neanche mezzo sorriso ci fa il check-in alla velocità della luce e parlando alla velocità della luce, noncurante del fatto che fossimo stranieri. Very Poor there should have been a note online saying that you charge extra money to check in early. very lame system. my flight was early and i mentioned my arrival time when i booked the room and there was no mention of extra charge so i got in the hotel at noon and the rude, unprofessional, Shari refused to check me in and told me to return at 3pm. no common sense. i had to return at 8pm because i had a meeting the whole after noon. she even called my room the next morning and threaten me by saying i should not come back ... read more

Disgusting. I would like a refund it was dirty, they didn’t clean rooms daily unless asked and then still didn’t do it just replaced towels, toiletries were insufficient, they ran out of things at breakfast and had no replacements, didn’t brew decaf coffee at night, didn’t take into consideration that there were people who were sugar free and basically offered only high sugar items including their coffee creamer for the first 4 days, decent paper cups ran out and were replaced with flimsy styrofoam, staff made dumb excuses f... read more
