worse hotel I’ve ever been in everything nothing horrible
Average, should be better No heating in room. Summer lightweight duvet on bed. Put our coats over bed first night to be warm. Heavier duvets supplied day after together with offer of room change. Electric radiator in room clearly an acknowledgement heating was faulty and un-repaired. Noisy constant drone of air con compressor from somewhere. Unnecessary charging of $50 in lieu of breakages which I still await being charged back to my account. Only 1 lift working, quite slow and need to use stairs 7 floors up on occasion. Sho... read more

Fine stay bad customer service. I didn't and don't like the fact of the hold being places on my card AFTER I stayed and have not received any reply to my messages that I have sent. (Sorry... I got one reply which was a template to leave a rating, Useless) Only one elevator works which is actually useless. The stay was grand but this really really irks me off.
