Frustrating-uncomfortable sofa sleeper, cut short our vacation, payed for a night we didn't use Sofa sleeper - bolts missing on the fold-out bed that left it at an angle , VERY uncomfortable mattress as well - we mentioned these things to staff twice but all they could give us was extra pillows and mattress pads or smaller room with 2 queens with no view. So disappointed ! First floor level. Staff was indifferent. Price was way too high for this room. Complimentary breakfast .

Will not stay there again due to poor customer service We spent two nights. Had No HOT water for shower Saturday Evening when we return to our room after being with family all day! The lady at the front deck came to check, was very rude!!! VERY! We only received $15 credit the on check out when I complained again! Very poor compensation for the price of the rooms! Good one staff member was rude. needed towels for shower because we used others for our swim and he was yelling at me not to touch the towels in the cart breakfast and location were great

Poor I asked to be placed in a quite room. I had both next door room making a lot of noise. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The staff didn't bring towels and toilet paper. The cleaning staff entered my room without knocking on the door I like that I could enter through the back of the parking garage all though it wasn't a parking garage.

Because of dog crap everywhere outside and smell in the hallway as we won’t be coming back I did not realize it was pet friendly and hallways reeked of dog poop🤢 How attentive the front desk was

Fair Hotel and room smelt old. The toilet was full and not flushed when we first arrived to our room Comfortable bed, nice view of river

it was just ok, nothing special the desk agent left me in that dirty room my room was not clean, and the desk agent can and took pictures and removed the trash. did not ask if I wanted to move room.

the maneger is a total jerk.. the staff is horrible.i have for service 4 of them.an they an they wanted me to get two rooms which is totaly redicouloss the breakfest sucked
