a very below average hotel for 299 per night!!! someone left clothes in our closet which makes me wonder how well the room was cleaned.... The front desk staff was wonderful!

Worst Booking ever I’ve stayed at The hotel was okay but the staff was absolutely rubbish. The old lady who checked us in was so rude. When asked if we can have a room on the floor above she very in appropriately said no room was available and said we can cancel the stay if we want. Since we did not have any other places to go, I had to check in. She said thank you in the end as if she was dismissing us away from the reception. Very Poor Room carpet dirty.. room stinks.. they don’t have heated pool .. for the price this hotel needs to be renovated.. bed very uncomfortable.. The only thing I liked was the location..

We will choose somewhere else next time. The room had too much furniture, we couldn’t walk around. The air conditioner kept turning off in the middle of the night, so we woke up sweating. Also, the shower did not get hot, only warm.

Very Poor En el correo electrónico confirmando mi recervacion me dieron un precio y al llegar al hotel me cobraron lo doble en mi tarjeta La limpiesa es excelente

Conflict with additional night and charges. I wanted to add an additional night to my stay. The original night was booked though Booking.com. I called the Hotel and asked to add another day. The person, Sharon I think said she could not help me it had to go through Booking.com. I had also sent an email to the hotel asking to add a night and received no reply. I went back to Booking.com added another night. When I got to the hotel I explained that I wanted 2 nights in the same room and had sent an email requesting that. It wa... read more
