No swimming pool access made a our stay very disappointing Swimming pool not open, made a very disappointing family leisure getaway

Pleasant place. But would never stay here again ! Bed squeaks. No sound barriers between rooms. Could here neighbors Pool out of commission. No working jets in the Hot Tub . No Bar on premise.

I apologize for the squeaky bed, we will certainly take care of it. We were preparing the pool for the warmer season and have actually opened it today (3/11/20). The hot tub blower failed but we replaced it within an hour of finding out about it. I am glad that you had an otherwise enjoyable stay with us. We hope to see you again during your next visit to the Texas Hill Country.
After this we decited not to book a room from Booking.com or La Quinta again. You advertised a balcony. they put us in a first floor room that had a patio. We booked this hotel because it had the best view of the lake and could see the Christmas lights. They put us in a ground room that had no view of lake or lights at all. The view had a 6 feet by 10 feet wide electric box plus a 6 foot by 6 feet bush. There was a maintenance golf cart parked next to the patio that I could reach out and touch. Christmas in Marble Falls The TV didn’t work. Most channels were missing. The channels that did come in weren’t working. They were all broken up. Complained twice to the desk and nobody could fix it or seemed to care. Poor customer service for the price of the hotel. Nice location and great view of the lake and lights
I want the top floor next time, and no kids or dogs. It was extremely noisy late into the night and the occupants above woke us up at 3am walking back and forth. Kids were crying a dog was barking. The view was nice overlooking the river and seeing the Christmas trail lights in the park.
Good We were booked into a handicap room, which I did not request. These rooms are only on the first floor. The receptionist said she had no authority to change a room booked through a third party. I felt like I was being punished. Also, the cost of my booking was higher than it would have been through the hotel directly. Disappointing. Wonderful location.

Not at all what exspected for the paid price Obwohl mit Amazon Prime Booking gebucht, das schlechteste Zimmer mit Ausblick auf Dach der Einfahrt erhalten. Sofortige Frage nach besserem Zimmer wurde abgewiesen. Beim Check Out war die Begründung, man könnte bei 3rd Party Buchungen nichts machen. Das Frühstück, serviert auf Plastik Geschirr war nicht gut, sodass wir uns mit Protein cakes versorgt haben.Das Hotel wirkt sehr alt. rooms cost do not align with the offseason. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. They allowed three big trucks to part in front of the hotel blocking the view of the lake. pillows are the worst! Great location!
