ice machine was broke down. Lady at the desk said it was working in the morning.wanted to believe her but.no🤬 she said she would call serviceman. She said she would call my room when it's fixed..never got the call. alsoI couldn't use my card to enter side door. How to use a rock to prop the door open in order for me not to get locked out sad situation. Didn't stick around

Absolute minimum towels and got sick after breakfast. Will not recommend or stay again.
I want a refund. We were given room 103, sandwiched between the very noisy lobby and room 105 that housed two continuously barking dogs. We got no rest. Then, at about 4 pm, an employee used her key with no announcement of “housekeeping “ and no knock on the doors. We were dressing for an event. The tile floors were so dirty, the bath mat had footprints (I took pictures). And there was no shelf of any kind to hold our soap or shampoo in the shower. Poor cleanliness (or lack thereof) location
it was “okay”… The refrigerator looked like it hasn’t been cleaned and smelled stink. The shower had mold/mildew and the room was dusty like no one has been there in awhile.. Also, the AC definitely needed to be cleaned in the room. The beds and pillows were a “NO GO”. The pillows were super uncomfortable and flat. The beds were hard, our bodies and neck hurt the following days (Even my kids were complaining). Breakfast was good and the staff were nice and friendly.

Awful This is a filthy place. Mold in bathroom tub and sink. Dirty follow, dirty carpet dirty furniture dirty curtains. The entire place should be sanatized. My cream cheese was sour and old

Disappointing There was a horrible smell in our room and when we complained the people next to us were also complaining. We were both told they couldn’t change our rooms because the hotel was full and all of the hotels in the area were booked. She tried spraying Lysol (which just made it worse). My daughters allergies were bad the whole stay because of the smell. There was mold in the bathroom. Location
