I am usually a person who finds positives in every situation. However, my children and I felt unsafe in this room due to the visibility of light shining into the room due to lack of proper door infrastructure, the carpet floor reaked of urine, there was grime on the bathroom wooden swinging doors, and when we checked in we were informed that they actually don’t start shuttle service until 5 am, contrary to why I chose this hotel in the first place. Unpleasant stay I stayed at this hotel on Thursday night for a business trip, and unfortunately, my experience was not up to expectations. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor, likely due to plumbing issues, which made my stay uncomfortable. Additionally, there were issues with the key card, requiring multiple visits to the front desk for assistance. The bedding was just okay, but the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. Don't care about details? Could be a place for you An empty shampoo bottle in the bathroom, and no conditioner. Tissue box was empty except for a handful of tissues that looked they'd been removed and then jammed back in. The TP end was folded and 'tacked', but the indentation of the tacking was a 1/4" in deep. The coffee cup wrappers were open/unsealed and the single package of sweetner & cream had no stir stick. The door looked as though it had been kicked in and we were concerned it wouldn't lock probably. Then, housekeeping knocked on our door at 9am, waking us up, to ask when we would be checking out. Unbelievable!

The property is dated which for the price I don't mind but even though the suroundings are well maintained. The elevators are creepy to yhe point of not feeling safe when using them some of the employees smoke outside but carry the stench of cigarette smoke on them and at times even marihuana smell which is awfull. The plastic lid of the tray where scrambled eggs and sausage are served is broken so a juggling act

I want to start by saying the staff is amazing they are not the problem. The first room I was put in was 115. It smelt strong of pneumonia or chemicals, but not clean smelling chemicals, and then I was moved to Rome, 118 promptly by the staff, which was great when I went forward and he was planes with that room had a mattress that was ripped stained and just looks disgusting. The pillows smelled, wash them, not just the pillow cases. No hot water in the shower. You could not turn the water off in the shower. The heat and A/C system sounded like a hailstorm hitting the window when it was running. The door to the room was not plumb, you had to slam it shut to close it. The TV channels did not match the TV guide which was very odd. The side door were not locked for security, they were open 24/7, anyone could walk in. I would not recommend or return. The lobby was very nice.
