Dirty room, coffee spilled on bathroom door, coffee machine was caked in white muck where the water goes, hair in shower, elevator broken, ice machine broken, keys did not work most of the time

Waited an hour and a half to be picked up by their shuttle at the airport. Then we were told they only had one driver for 200 rooms. Room was clean but we would not stay here again.

First room was dirty someone had just showered Second room very busy in hall at 3am Keys never worked more than one time . Was told they had a lot of problems with keys. Roaches in the room

Checked in. First room was moldy and broken ac. Second room was dirty. No hot water in shower. Ac needs to be cleaned. Air is not clean and hotel needs to be updated and some TLC

$55 to check in early? The room was clean and available, so why the upcharge? Desk staff was unfriendly and rude at check in, different staffer the next morning was helpful and friendly when the airport shuttle was nowhere to be found (called us a Lyft). Breakfast area and staff was great. Room was outdated and not the cleanest for the extra fee charged to check in early. Would not recommend, especially with ALL the other options in the immediate area.

We were given the keys to the wrong room. People were smoking Marijuana in the room. We finally got keys to another room and it was old and smelly.
