TV didnt work never got fix for that, back door to property isnt secure, pool was broken, room wasnt as clean as it could be, food and dirt found in room upon arriving. Walls in rooms are thin.
The room was delivered dirty with a terrible smell of cigarettes and the bathroom was very dirty.
The property manager was very unprofessional to a middle eastern family, threatening to kick the family out if they didnt go to their room and be quiet even though they had a complaint.
This property needs repair. Broken areas include the elevator, pool, bathrooms. No hot water over the two days we were there. The staff were so nice but the hotel is a mess.
I had a great time in Orlando but I will never stay at this property again. It took three times of going to the front desk to get the right room because I was given the wrong room. The pool did not work and was a major decision of picking this hotel. The elevator went out right after we arrived and the note was only put on the first floor. The bathroom was very dirty. Permanent red smudges in the tub. Walls of the tub were dirty. The sink was gross. Really needs to be deep cleaned

Shower leaked, very noisy and I was charged for 3 nights while I only stayed two and I'm still fighting it. Never again. Youjust lost a loyal customer of over 10 years.
