You should give clear directions on where to find the shuttle at the airport.I did not realize I needed to call for the shuttle. When I did call, the first number was out of order. I did find a 2nd #. I ended up waiting There was no cold water in the shower and I was concerned I’d be scalded. The pool was closed for maintenance and that was a bummer.
I was switch too three different rooms in the firs their was trash and stains on the bed. In the second room there was hair and chips on the bed and in the third room there was dry blood on the sheets. On top of that they did not want to give us our money back

The hotel was fine, but I waited over an hour for the shuttle to pick me up from airport after several calls they finally picked me up.
Our room was just so dirty. Under our mattress, we found pills, old food, blood, piles of hair and lots of other random items. It just was not a clean hotel.
This place is filthy, run down, and broken…. I’ll state the one bright spot first. There was a problem at checkin with payment from hotels.com and Josian at the front desk went above and beyond to resolve it. He should be rewarded for his customer service. The hotel……..dirty. The mattress on the pullout sofa was so stained it looked like a murder had happened on it. No bedding available to use on the sofa bed. I picked this hotel because of its location near Orlando airport. Check-in to the hotel was very easy, and the room was ready when I arrived. It was 11:00 p.m. and after traveling I was ready for bed. The air conditioning in the room was excessively noisy as was the fan attached to the same unit. When it was time to check out of the hotel, I mentioned to the employee about the air conditioning and she responded: "she would let a manager know and a discount will be applied." I would not stay again I booked this through hotels .com and it was an 8.4 rating so I thought it was OK. The employees at the hotel were very friendly no issue with staff. However it was supposed to be just a quick sleep and take the 5am shuttle to the airport in the morning. Buyer beware. There was an $8 water charge on my bill someone charged it to my room, the help did remove that. The room was very 'dated'.
