Everything seemed pretty run down...hallway carpets dirty, and stained, hot tub only half the jets worked, the bathroom by the front desks was in disrepair. The cold on handle on the sink was broken. My door to my room didnt close properly. The staff was friendly , and helpful.
The room has some kind of smell, also the towels
The staff was rude and the room was clean enough, but the pull out bed mattress was very dirty. I would never come back to the hotel.
Room smelled bad, beds were not queen but full size beds, tub was dirty, all room doors were dirty and looked beat up, shuttle wasn’t available for us for pick up from the airport.
Needs attention! The trash was not emptied from the room! No hot water in the morning called the front desk they said they would look into it. Still no hot water!! The towels were old torn and straggled. Door to room was difficult to open latch stuck!
This hotel was was cheapest in the area. Given that i did not expect a 5 star experience but there were so many issues. One elevator was out of order, the hot tub didcreally hsve hit wayer, a free

Not recommend This facility is run down, the elevator shook like it was breaking down. We had a mini bar of soap to share between shower and sink. The shower dripped all night the tub was dirty. Staff were great!
